The ownership and copyright of the photographs remains in all cases with Quivertree Images. The use to which the client is permitted to put any of the images is limited to that described in the delivery note. The client may not reproduce the images in any form whatsoever, nor use them as a reference for any painting, drawing, design or any other art work without the prior permission of Quivertree Images. Any reproduction rights granted, as described under "Usage" in the delivery note, may not be sold, transferred or otherwise dealt with.
